●Oil filter: To change the lubricating oil of the forklift, also change the oil filter. The oil filter is mainly to prevent debris from entering the oil. After the oil filter works for 180-200 hours, it must be timely. Wash it.

●Clutch plate: During the operation of the forklift, the clutch plate should not be used. The foot should not be placed on the clutch plate to prevent semi-coupling, avoid the influence of torque transmission, and aggravate the wear and damage of the clutch plate.
●Forklift horn: Regularly check if the contact of the forklift horn is dirty or ablated, and clean it with sanding in time.
●Brake pads and brake discs: mainly check the wear and tear in the hour cycle。
