2024 Spring Launch Meeting
With the upcoming March Procurement Festival, in order to motivate employees to strive for performance in March, the company has decided to hold a spring kickoff meeting on February 29, 2024, to convey the company's new strategy, new goals, or important platform for new products to all employees. Through the kickoff meeting, the company can clarify its future development direction and help employees understand and accept new goals and visions.
The plan of the year lies in spring, and soon we will welcome the warm March of spring and the competition between Foshan Xinruilai Lighting Co., Ltd and over 100 enterprises. Since we have chosen to participate, I believe everyone will do their oem. The market is a battlefield without gunpowder, and every salesperson is a warrior. Only by moving forward courageously and fearlessly can we stand out from the battlefield.
Sales can earn someone else's salary for a year each month, or they can only receive a basic salary each month. The difference is: should I do it or should I do it! To achieve good results, one must have: 1. a firm belief, 2. clear goals, 3. strong self-discipline, 4. perseverance through hard work, 5. sensitivity to details and high emotional intelligence. 6. The leader's speech made me deeply realize that as a member of the team, we need to have a strong sense of responsibility and mission. The leader emphasized our goals and tasks, making everyone aware of their responsibilities and mission. This made me realize that only when each of us can actively fulfill our responsibilities can we achieve the goals of the entire team. Therefore, I must always bear in mind my responsibilities and devote myself to work with a high sense of mission and responsibility.

Towards the end of the kickoff meeting, the company also held a lottery event that all employees were looking forward to. Adding a lottery section to company activities is a common way to increase the fun and attractiveness of the event, and it is also an effective reward mechanism that can motivate employees to participate and work actively. Add surprise and anticipation to the event through the lucky draw, making it more lively and interesting. It can indirectly reward employees who perform well in their work, improving their job satisfaction and sense of belonging.
