During the exhibition, various participating companies showcased the latest logistics forklift technology and solutions. At the same time, the organizer also invited numerous industry experts and scholars to share the development trends and cutting-edge technologies of the logistics industry on site, providing a rich knowledge feast for the audience.
However, as one of the frequently used equipment in the industrial and logistics fields, forklifts cannot have a good view during operation, and there are also blind spots. With many risks, without genuine accessories or equipment, the safe and efficient operation of these industrial devices cannot be guaranteed. One of these important devices is the forklift light. Using forklift safety lights can help remind other workers to pay attention to the presence of forklifts.
After the exhibition, it also allows us to better keep up with the times to improve and update our forklift lights, better integrate and combine forklifts, and improve the safety factor of forklift operations.
The most common lights on forklifts are front and tail lights (or brake lights). The front lights are located at the front of the forklift, and the tail lights are located at the rear of the forklift. The other three common forklift lighting accessories include flashing lights, blue spotlights, and red hazard lights. When they are included on a forklift, these lights are usually located at the back, front and side to increase the safety of forklift operation.
Forklift headlights
When lighting is poor, visibility is poor, or when operating outdoors or at night, you need headlights.
Forklift headlights help improve visibility in dimly lit environments. They can also help pedestrians and other forklift operators see vehicles in poorly lit environments, thereby avoiding danger.
Tail lights or brake lights for forklifts
Forklifts are usually equipped with tail lights or brake lights. When it is on, the tail/brake lights on the forklift indicate that the forklift is currently in use. In order to make it easier for vehicles driving behind to detect the braking of vehicles ahead, in order to prevent rear end accidents from occurring.
Forklift flashing lights, blue spotlight, and red hazard signal lights
As a visual warning, it is particularly useful in areas with poor lighting, increasing visibility and reducing the risk of accidents. It reminds people to maintain a safe distance from forklifts to prevent accidents.
